At House of Anaraa, we take immense pride in crafting exquisite, high-quality ethnic wear. Each garment is meticulously prepared and quality-checked before being dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Items: Items requiring specialized hand embroidery or custom detailing (such as specific Chikankari pieces) may take 3–5 business days to prepare before dispatch.
Order dispatch confirmations with tracking details will be sent to your registered email/mobile number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
Within India (Domestic Shipping):
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with a nominal flat fee of ₹200.
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on your location (Metro cities: 3–5 days; Rest of India: 5–8 days).
International Shipping:
We ship globally! International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days.
Note: Any custom duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly using the provided link or on our carrier partner’s website.
4. Non-Delivery & Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and contact number are accurate during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, unsealed, or tampered with at the time of delivery:
1. Please refuse to accept the delivery if possible.
2. Take clear photos/videos of the package.
