Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with House of Anaraa. Every piece is handcrafted, and we take care to pack and dispatch your order safely.
1. Where We Ship
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. We currently do not offer international shipping. Delivery to remote pin codes may take longer.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [2–4] business days (Monday to Saturday) after confirmation. Since our products are handcrafted, a few orders may need extra time. We will inform you in advance if there is a delay.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes [5–7] business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. If any shipping charge applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible pin codes. A COD fee of Rs.249 may apply and is shown at checkout. COD fees are non-refundable.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking ID by email or WhatsApp. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier's website.
7. Delivery Attempts
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable. If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, and re-shipping may need extra charges.
8. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please record a clear unboxing video when you open your parcel. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
9. Address Changes
To change your address, contact us before your order is dispatched. We cannot change it after dispatch.
